1. Explore Universities & Subjects This is the first step to AccessEd's ReachUni programme-- a programme that takes students through the steps necessary to be university-ready and build towards a great application to university. First in the journey, it takes time and exploring to find what university and subject course might be best for you, and even back-up options you might want to consider. We help you do this through our three digital resources which you can choose to do in order, or hop between them. You don't have to be 100% sure which university you want to go to, but this will help ahead of when you start doing more preparation work for your application in Year 12. Start exploring by reviewing each section: When should I start this section? It's never too soon to start thinking about university and higher education options! However, you should definitely be looking at this by Year 11, although we would say that from Year 9 you could start getting familiar with what universities and options are out there. Really not sure where to start? Have a go on the guided ThinkUni app! When should I move on to the Build Your Experience Section? You don't need to be 100% sure where you will apply or what subject you are applying for, but having a good idea of a few options that interest you means you can move on to 2. Build Your Experience.
